Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Xactly Incent everyday as a sales compensation analyst. For the most part I love Xactly and think it's great and cuts down on the time my team and I spend on certain tasks. I think Xactly has been extremely beneficial for our company and would recommend it to others, but I do think there are still a few things that could be made more user friendly.

Xactly Data Insights

Xactly has made it extremely clear and accessible for sales reps and their managers to log in and asses their performance metrics. This has been extremely beneficial to both my team and the salesforce. Reporting on performance has also been made extremely easy with the use of analytics. Xactly Incent is a great product that I would recommend to any Sales Compensation team.

Compensation Management

We are currently using the sales performances we track in Xactly to budget and set quotas for the plan year. This ensures that our data is accurate and clearly reflect the most up to date numbers allowing for less forecast errors and better set goals. Xactly has been Extremely beneficial.

Xactly Integrations

We have not yet integrated other software platforms.

Adoption

No other departments use Xactly besides my team and sales.

Alternatives Considered

I have actually never used a similar product to Xactly. But I do know that I really like Xactly and find it very helpful and easy to learn.

While there are some places I think Xactly Incent can be improved I still think it is a great resource for sales compensation. Xactly makes reporting data easier and clearing to collect and report, it also clearly shows the sales details on their compensation and preformance for the current plan year. Xactly has been great for our team and continues to get better the longer we work with it.
