Overall Satisfaction with Xero
Xero is used for recording and reporting accounting data for a vertically integrated international agri-manufacturing conglomerate.
- The accounting team hates Xero.
- Xero has the worst customer service of any accounting software on the market.
- Xero costs us dozens of hours each month dealing with the poor programming and lack of robust accounting solutions.
Xero deployment has not helped the organization and is a time and money sink that causes us pain and stress on a regular basis.
Xero is just as infuriating as Quickbooks. We only use it because the last CFO set it up and it's taking us a while to establish a new accounting platform that will allow us to migrate away from this dumpster fire.
