Overall Satisfaction with Xero

Allows our team to work remote and allows us to associate supporting documentation in the system for easier audits. Very user friendly.

Pros

  • Leaves a good audit trail of who did what and when
  • Easily allows documentation to be uploaded for support
  • I love the bank reconciliation process in the system
  • I love that it's web-based
  • Customizing reports is relatively intuitive

Cons

  • Nothing at the moment
  • It's provided our team the ability to stay 100% remote
  • The interfaces with other systems have worked great
It was a very easy system to learn.
Having the ability to see who changed what and when is very helpful.
When I joined the organization they had already had the integration setup and I find it so helpful.

Customization of reports is easy and intuitive. I came into my organization never have used Xero before. I found it very intuitive and easy to pick up and learn how the system works. The ability to track on multiple categories is very helpful. For the size of our organization I think it's a good fit.
