Overall Satisfaction with Yesware
I was mainly the only one using Yesware on my team and a few months ago we switched over to use Outreach so one person could handle all outreach while emails were sequenced into other team member drip campaigns.

- Easy to search history of what templates are working best
- Seamlessly tracks into Salesforce
- Sometimes can cause a lag on my Gmail account
- Can be difficult to find messaging sent for a particular campaign
- Great understanding for how long people are looking at my attachments or links
- Faster emails due to easy plugin in Gmail for templates (Increased efficiency)
- Outreach and ClearSlide
I prefered Yesware over ClearSlide. Much cleaner functionality, however yesware does not have the screensharing capabilities that ClearSlide has. I find that Outreach although it has glitches, is much cleaner when looking to track stats regarding drip campaigns.
