Overall Satisfaction with Yesware

Yesware is the perfect tool to integrate with Gmail, and gives you quick access to email tracking, email templates, and meeting scheduling functionality. I'd summarize it as the additional things you wish Gmail could do, or having a mini personal assistant to help make the mundane things just a little bit faster.

Pros

  • Seeing when emails are opened
  • Using pre-written email templates to quickly draft an email
  • Allowing customers to quickly book time on my calendar

Cons

  • Improve the sequencing functionality to include manual steps
  • Give me more options for variables within the email templates
  • Email tracking can be improved to not trigger if it senses that the customer's spam filters are the thing opening the emails instead of a human
  • More outreach

Yesware is very intuitive. Once you show an end user how to access certain things, they rarely have any followup questions.

If you need to improve your day-to-day life, want email tracking, want access to email templates, and want a way for your customers to schedule meetings on your calendar, then this is a great tool. If you want something with a bit more functionality, there may be other solutions out there for you.
