Overall Satisfaction with Yesware

We use Yesware for email sales sequencing and tracking. It helps us automate sequences while helping us personalize and track our messaging as well. All of our salespeople use it to get more emails out each day and ensure we can follow up in a more detailed way with prospects who are engaging with out content. All our sales sequencing goes through Yesware.

  • Tracking engagement such as opens and clicks

Cons

  • Protections against getting marked as spam
  • Minimal support for use on mobile phone
  • Email focussed, does not help with multi- channel approaches
  • I have booked countless meetings via emails on Yesware
  • Has allowed me to scale our emailing operation and test what is working in the email space as selling evolves.
  • because of high send volumes, our domain health has taken a hit
  • Google has blocked us from sending some days because of too many spam reports
Yesware is easy to setup and get connected in existing systems. We were able to get started sending the day we puchased our subscription because of the addon for Gmail and easy connection to our CRM. It's also very easy to use in the day to day, kicking off campaigns and seeing their status to as about as easy as it gets. I have not concerns about usability
Yesware has fewer capabilities compared to sequencing tools like Apollo or HubSpot Sales Hub but does manage email very well. If you need a tool that that is going to integrate with calling features, Yesware isn't for you. But if you just want email sequencing, Yesware is easy, simple, and effective in my book.

I would recommend Yesware for teams who are looking to begin with email automation and want to increase their reach via email. There is so much room for growth if you are not yet using a tool like Yesware for sending and tracking. It may be less appropriate if you alread have an email automation tool that also assists in automating other steps in sales sequencing.
