Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
We use Zapier at Learning in Bloom to streamline processes organization-wide. We heavily depend on it for managing social media and for making sure we never miss a lead or sale opportunity. Some of the solutions it provides us:
• Automating intake forms and email follow ups
• Sharing information and posts across social media platforms
• Keyword research
• Project management
One of the best things I've found about Zapier is actually introducing us to other apps that I would have never heard of. I can explore solutions that others have found, and that's resulted in finding several apps that are perfect for our small organization.

- Integration with a wide variety of apps
- Intuitive step-by-step instructions
- A free trial version to test out the service
- Sometimes the number of possible fields are numerous, and it can be hard to figure out just what is necessary or what may result in some unhelpful zaps -- it's a question of trial and error (which is fine) but just be aware that there are many field options for some apps.
- Not all the services I use are supported (e.g. Dubsado) so I can't use it for 100% of my operations.
- Saves time
- Saves money

- More efficiency
Zapier integrates with many more apps than IFTTT and I find it does not have as many glitches. For some reason, not all my "applets" in IFTTT would work all the time, whereas with Zapier I have not run into the same issue. If you are a business, invest in Zapier over IFTTT to make sure all those processes run smoothly.
