Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
I use Zapier to automate tasks and workflows within my department. The primary usage is to interface with Pivotal Tracker's API in order to format stories, create tasks, change story statuses and automate processes. We also use it to integrate Pivotal Tracker with QuoteWerks.
One of the major business problems it solves is importing customer requests from our ticketing system into Pivotal Tracker. With Zapier, all of the requests can be imported quickly and formatted consistently. I currently have about 35 active "zaps" automating about 4000 tasks/month.

- The Chrome extension to push tasks on demand
- The scheduler zap, which allows tasks to run at a specified date and time
- The webhook zap
- Even with the Professional Plan, Zaps can only be scheduled to run every 5 minutes, but there are instances when I'd like to be able to run a zap more often.
- Major time saver, especially for automating billing tasks between Zapier & QuoteWerks. I have reduced days of manual labor down to a few minutes
Zapier is the only product I seriously evaluated for this purpose
