Overall Satisfaction with Zendesk Suite
It integrates all of our work into one place. It is our primary working station. Without Zendesk Suite our company would not function. The company uses Zendesk Suite to review and work on tickets which represents the sale of the cars , we also receive and send emails from sellers and also fix problem or queries that sellers might experience
Pros
- Instantly receiving emails from sellers when they need assistance
- Creating and separating tickets according to how soon one needs to work on them
- getting an instant alert when a ticket was worked on , or an email is received
- being able to solve tickets once we are done working on them
Cons
- To be able to use the play button if we are working on another persons inbox
- For Zingtree to be available on all departments
- For Duplicate tickets to not be created because they create unnecessary tickets
- Faster ticket creations means quick selling of cars .
- This helps the company earn commission and growth of business, it also allows any situation to be accommodated when selling cars( bereavement sales etc)
- All departments in the company uses Zendesk Suite which means it caters and helps all departments to make revenue
It helps us because it introduces many updates , and its updates that benefit the company and its users . For e.g There is a function called zingtree that assists with bereavement sales . It helps ask for particular documents that are needed for that sale to continue. These sales are sensitive and tricky so it helps us ask for the right documents
