Ziflow usage at McCANN Worldgroup Germany

Ziflow is being used by my organisation for the creation of print and OOH assets and masters for advertising that are then published internally for all market usage worldwide. It is currently used by the campaign and international project management teams and helps to streamline the communication and creation of assets between creatives, account handlers, studio/producers, and clients. It also helps manage and keep track of approvals or necessary changes to any master or asset in development.

Ziflow has impacted the effort required to move content through my organization's review process by providing a clear and efficient way to provide feedback, brief production, or creatives and specify which elements require changes. It also allows proofs to be communicated not only internally to other stakeholders in the agency but also externally to the client to keep track of approvals and make the process as seamless as possible.

Ziflow’s collaboration features [have] impacted my organization’s content review and approval process by promoting team collaboration and keeping everyone on the same page. It is the link between the account manager at the agency, the creative responsible for the campaign, the project manager at the studio, the producers at the studio, and the client for final approvals.
