Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
Ziflow is being used by my organisation for the creation of print and OOH assets and masters for advertising that are then published internally for all market usage worldwide. It is currently used by the campaign and international project management teams and helps to streamline the communication and creation of assets between creatives, account handlers, studio/producers, and clients. It also helps manage and keep track of approvals or necessary changes to any master or asset in development.
Pros
- Relay clear feedback based on simple comments and annotations.
- Keep track of changes and approvals.
- Allow for preserving archive and history of each proof created.
Cons
- Too many clicks are sometimes required to reach the desired proofs.
- Newly created folders do not appear automatically unless page is refreshed.
- Once a proof is open, clicking on "back" leads to the initial dashboard instead of the desired folder with the rest of the proofs.
- Improved efficiency/productivity and ease of comments and annotations decrease [the] re-briefing time.
- Data remains confidential as proofs are only accessible to the people they're shared with and require verification codes.
