Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to route design mockups and package designs through different departments to gain approvals for consumer product goods. This is really helpful as each department is responsible for their own information on the package and it's great to cross-reference comments!

Alternatives Considered

Adobe Acrobat DC and InVision

Ziflow was the best value for the price and perfect for what we needed as a small company. It was also the most user-friendly and had the best interface design. It was very important to be user-friendly, as we needed to get many other team members from other departments on board with this to be successful.

Likelihood to Recommend

Ziflow is great for routing multiple package designs to different departments and being able to answer questions along the way. In the past, we routed a hard copy and it would get lost and hung up in different departments, this way everyone can look at it at the same time and it's a huge time saver! As I mentioned, the only issue is not being able to fully archive a routed proof for our records.
