Best value and features for a growing small company transitioning to hybrid

We use it to route design mockups and package designs through different departments to gain approvals for consumer product goods. This is really helpful as each department is responsible for their own information on the package and it's great to cross-reference comments!

We can simultaneously route things to people in the office, and remotely, vs waiting for people to be back in the office. That was our main mission when seeking out a new tool, and Ziflow fit the bill exactly, which improvements are always being added. The fact that we are all looking at something at the same time, with measurement tools available and being able to compare to other proofs or previous versions, has been a huge value add for us!

Cuts down on time and bottlenecks in the process, being able to alert and ask questions of key members in the proofing process by notifying them makes our lives so much easier, and cuts down on proofing time, especially when approvals are urgent. Our team has also gone mostly hybrid/remote for the foreseeable future so implementing Ziflow was very necessary, but has also proved way more valuable even when working back in the office.
