Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We use Ziflow to get accurate feedback from our clients. Previously it was all via email, and I often received a Word Document with the feedback and screenshots. However, Ziflow allows us to get it faster, easier and collaborate with the client on the feedback. The easy-to-use online portal makes it both fast and easy for our clients to use. It resolves the problem of going back and forth with a client about things they mentioned and not knowing what they were referring to. It makes it easy to get feedback from multiple stakeholders, and everyone is notified about that. It also makes easy revisions to keep it clear and avoid multiple email threads or things being lost due to email issues.

It has overall improved the team's efficiency in getting feedback and reducing the amount of time spent on email. For example, clients would always have trouble reviewing emails because of emails being forwarded, and it comes through all in weird formats, so the client would start asking questions, but with Ziflow, it is a lot easier to demonstrate what it would look like. It just makes it simple, and our process internally has become more efficient. The team has taken it up quickly and loves the benefits. Our clients also love the system and how easy it is to provide feedback on changes.
We can do things quicker and easier because we know what clients are referring to with their feedback. Previously trying to decipher emails was pretty hard and annoying with things easily being missed and having multiple feedback from the stakeholders, but now we can quickly and easier process what they are referring to. It saves time, and we can get it done in one or two revisions without multiple emails back and forth.

I only looked at Ziflow first up as it couldn't compete with others, plus I didn't hear back from many other providers.
When you require collaboration with multiple parties and stakeholders with both the client and internal team, it makes it easier to have it all in one spot, with everyone able to see what has been pointed out already. It takes a lot of the discussions and feedback out of email, which can easily be lost in translation or emails missed as multiple people reply in such a short time frame or so quickly together. Having specific actions and being able to see exactly what people are referring to. Having an easy to refer to portal for when clients approve items and the ability to have multiple people approve before it's finally completed just has the next level of checking.

The benefits of this system have proved a saving time and effort. Plus, how much our clients love the system, I think they would be annoyed if we were to remove it.
