Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow to get accurate feedback from our clients. Previously it was all via email, and I often received a Word Document with the feedback and screenshots. However, Ziflow allows us to get it faster, easier and collaborate with the client on the feedback. The easy-to-use online portal makes it both fast and easy for our clients to use. It resolves the problem of going back and forth with a client about things they mentioned and not knowing what they were referring to. It makes it easy to get feedback from multiple stakeholders, and everyone is notified about that. It also makes easy revisions to keep it clear and avoid multiple email threads or things being lost due to email issues.

- Mobile devices seem hard to use due to the required plugins and the portal. This could be improved.
- We have saved time by not having so many emails
