Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow as an online proofing software. It works good for proofing. It gives us a paper trail that allows us to track the status of the proof. It allowed us to stop using email for proofing. Using email for proofing had its own problems. Ziflow allows us to track projects as a team so if a member of the team is gone, others can step in and take over the proofing process
Pros

- Lots of options/different use of product
Cons
- Ziflow could benefit from a complete overhaul of its UI/UX
- Our clients have complained they don't understand how to approve/disaprov a proof
- The learning curve is fairly steep. It took us a long time to fully train our staff
- I took the messy process of proofing with emails and put it all on one platform
- All employees are able to access the proofs. So if an employee is out one day, we are still able to get stuff done
- Ziflow was hard to adopt, but now that our whole team uses it, I cant see us moving forward without it.

We use both. I wish we could have the two in one software. It is really hard to go back and forth. One platform would be awesome. We really dont use Ziflow for anything other than online proofing... I am unaware of the other features of Ziflow. Full integration with a software such as monday.com wold be awesome.
