Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We create a lot of websites and digital assets. Ziflow helps us to review live staging websites, banner ads, and production websites in realtime and referencing the true interactivity of the things we are building, testing and readying to launch. Every other option we've seen requires reviewers to comment on static printouts or screen grabs of the designs. This falls short of being able to interact and comment on the functionality, and overall UX/UI.

With Ziflow, that is not a problem. We're able to look at the live assets and provide the proper, constructive insights so that the end product is the best it can be.
  • Capture and comment on existing, interactive websites and other digital assets
  • Ziflow provides an excellent array of commenting and annotation tools that allow us to more accurately identify issues and share input to resolve them
  • With Ziflow, we're able to easily share reviewing capabilities with team members and client for their input for better use of time and streamlining the job creation, routing and revision process
  • The platform continuously, proactively seeks to improve the usability and ease for its customers.
  • While Ziflow is great for live site markups and comments, it would be good to see additional integrations with some our other business platforms to further integrate the platform with our workflows across the company
  • Integrations they have now are good for some of our teams, however there some platforms that our accounting team inquired about to integrate for billing/tracking purposes
  • It would be good to see them add additional "How-To's" with videos and links for some of our less tech-savvy team members to faster on the uptake and how the user interface can guide them to the task at hand
  • The profit margin on our projects has gone way up because the time-consuming manual workload has been significantly reduced.
  • Our team is much happier being able to access, comment and annotate live assets.
  • The streamline has cut down on the inevitable confusion the ensued when long email chains were getting circulated - while the team ran around in circles trying to get the complete participation on all reviews.
Before Ziflow, our process was very clunky and very manual. Various creative teams and development teams complained to the lack of efficiency and the complete waste of time they spent trying to get even the simplest of answers.

For creative teams the introduction of Ziflow has been a welcome one. The Project Managers, too, have really taken to the ease and simplicity to implement for internal purposes and workflow efficiency.
By introducing Ziflow into our cross-functional team reviews and collaboration we have considerably improved the positivity throughout the life of our digital projects.
Gone are the angry, and frustrated conversations and emails IN ALL CAPS that we frequently experienced. Now, we 're seeing the flow of communications and collaboration going the way one would hope it's always been.
Given that so much of our workforce is working remote, this efficiency has proven to be an improvement beyond expectations.

Ziflow, like the other software platforms I have reviewed, delivered on what we hoped for and expected given all of our upfront investigation and software demos and trials.

While the other software all provide different solutions, the one thing that they all do have in common is that they each provide a cost-effective valuable tool that helps us make our working environment function better without us wasting time and money on over-bloated platforms that cost a lot and deliver very little.
Ziflow, as a platform, provides active design and development teams with an incredibly useful tool for being able to review our work in progress. This allows us greater control and time efficiency in our development process. The ability to then share these live projects for internal and external reviews has significantly reduced the volume of emails and back and forth on Slack and Teams so we can spend our time developing and delivering and not having to chase people down to get them to review what they need to.
