We use ZipRecruiter to find both full-time and part-time workers. We are a specialized cybersecurity firm with specific needs. ZipRecruiter helps us find candidates.

It has enabled us to find candidates who met our specific requirements. There were enough qualified candidates in each of our searches that we were able to hire the person who would best fit our team. We are busy, so the candidate workflow really helps to manage all of the applications.
ZipRecruiter is much more able to support a busy executive trying to fill a position. The candidates are well-screened, and it is easy to communicate with them throughout the hiring process due to the ZipRecruiter tools.
