Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
ZipRecruiter is used as one of our recruiting platforms. When you need to hire higher volume jobs or generate a lor of resumes ZipRecruiter helps meet that need. ZipRecruiter's easy to use functionality allows multiple users to access its platform. Additionally there are some basic work flows in ZipRecruiter that help you track your applicants as they move through your hiring process.
Pros
- Generate high volume of resumes
- Casts your job on a large variety of job boards
Cons
- Allow similar postings in one area
- Better tracking of applicants
- Positive ROI generates lots of applicants
- Negative lots of applicants to sift through that are not qualified
It does that, it gets you high volume of applicants...This works well for lower level and easy to fill jobs. However, when you are seeking professional level jobs ZipRecruiter is probably not the best tool. When you have upper level management reviewing applicants they don't have time to sift through lots of unqualified applicants.
Not much affect.
Indeed, gets better quality and more targets applicants. However, it is much more expensive which is a factor to consider. I tend to use it more for targets and hard to fill rolls. Indeed is also not as user friendly as ZipRecruiter. Posting positions is harder and the Indeed site is more cumbersome.
