Zoho Analytics helps us in generating visually appealing, easy to understand, and very insightful reports generated in few minutes from the data provided. Zoho Analytics helps us in saving hundreds of man-hours every year, thus, resulting in improved efficiency of the entire team. Zoho Analytics is a powerful tool that can also collaborate data from different teams/domains and then present it in a unified way that's easy to compare, analyze, and understand.

The way Zoho Analytics is designed, it is very user friendly, easy to understand, and easy to customize. Even the huge amounts of data is segregated and presented aazingly within just few minutes.
The product is highly scalable with even large number of datasets, and users being able to use the system concurently and still the performance is very optimal.

It is very well suited for the scenarios wherein the logic has been inserted into the system and based on that the system has to run the algorithms. Then data is segregated and presented in a manner that is visually appealing and very insightful. All this is done in just few minutes.

Less appropriate is when the system has to use it's own intelligence (AI) for performing certain actions and arriving at results.
