Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

The Zoho Analytics Dashboard automated a lot of day to day supervision of departments and is a strong control system thag saves a lot of time for the functional heads to understand the productivity of each sales member , pre sales member , support executives . A lot it has been helpful to make different dashboard for for each user with the feature of showing data of only the logged in user

Pros

  • Comparative data tended over the time period
  • Funnel based data segmentation to understand the actual conversions
  • Different chart types to choose from as per the data type

Cons

  • Adding more than 2 field in the grouping should be provided
  • Box and whiskers chart h be enabled
  • Can allow to capture the stage duration (days )in the reports section
  • It has been very helpful since I had to manage a large teams productivity
  • It’s saves a lot of energy that goes calling people asking to send reports in excel then analyse by spending hours .
  • Per built templates is handy for others as well who are not tech friendly
Well it can still add some of the missing chart types that excel offers and can ease the formula based filed customisation .

From ease of use point charts and reports are interactive and open the underlying data on a click when helps to drill down and see the additional information associated with each lead and deals
Yes , i have a staves of 33000 leads on my system and I am confortably able to play with it with the [...] of analytics . This has added to my ease and convenience . Plus i am able to share to multiple senior stakeholders through reports schedule which reduces the headache to send at a specific time manually
