Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Assist

We use Zoho Assist for remote pc access for support. We also do OS updates remotely. We have a remote workforce so having a solution that is cost effective and reliable is key. THe deployment for new hardware is really simple and easy to manage.

  • Store serial numbers
  • would be great to store where purchased and warranty
  • unmanaged access is a must and many competitors are more expensive
I have used dozens of other platforms and this is by far the easiest to set up and the most cost effective, especially for a smaller company
i was interested in remote access, OS updates and unattended access. This was the only option I found that offered those features, with out paying for all the extras that we will not use as a company but have to pay for
