Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Bookings

As we were having more and more sales queries and presentation to attend, Zoho Bookings helped us in organizing all these meetings into one central dashboard, into calendar view. This really helped into organizing and managing our staffs' meeting schedule, as well as optimizing human resources where required: balancing the meetings' tasks.

  • Synchronizing to Calendar
  • Integrating with CRM
  • Remove Zoho Branding in Basic Plan
  • Provide Reports on revenue in all plans
  • Remove the expiry date for Zoho Wallet credits
  • Custom URL features
  • Integration with Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM and Zoho Calendar
  • Centralized within intuitive dashboard and calendar
  • Organizational efficiency improved by 33%
  • Conversion rate from bookings improved
  • Increase in booking numbers
Each of them is good in its specific aspect and I can only say that you have to try them to get a personal feedback. Zoho Bookings does give the edge though, for the booking industry. It automates a lot of steps and will definitely help save a lot of time.

Zoho Bookings from my personal experience is best when you have a growing list of customers and need to get free of the hassle of taking written notes in your Rolodex. It's like a CRM but optimized for booking tasks. I believe it would be less suited, if you are a new business starting from scratch.
