Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is a good product -- particularly for small business and companies with few investment funds. The modules are easy to navigate, and Zoho maintains a host of complementary applications which work interactively with Zoho CRM. Overall, good product.

- Better integration with Linkedin, Facebook and other social media, a la Nimble.
- Better integration with emailing systems.
- Better management of customer lead and deal development.
I liked the simplicitry of Zoho CRM. I also liked Nimble.
