Overall Satisfaction

We are using Zoho Organization wide. Zoho CRM is not just a CRM tool, its a suite of apps ranging from CRM to Email Marketing to Billing to Customer Support to Cloud documents. I must say we love it.
  • Salesforce automation
  • Customer Service
  • Inventory Management
  • Website Integration & Leads Assignment
  • Custom fields are limited to 150/module. I suggest they should raise this limit.
  • You can't use output of a formula type field in an other formula. You should not use Zoho for calculations intense applications.
  • Inventory Templates (Quote/Invoice/Sales Order/Purchased Order) are not very customizable until you know HTML.
  • Workflow automation and enhanced productivity
  • Forecasts allowed us to set our revenue targets
  • Automatic lead followup helped reduce workload for sales reps.
  • SugarCRM,Salesforce.com,Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Zoho CRM offers all that is being offered by Salesforce or Sugar CRM. But it beats its competitors in terms of affordability.
It's a lifeline for our business and we just can't live without it.
Zoho is well suited for businesses of all kind- from small to medium sized businesses. The best thing is all of the Zoho apps are tightly integrated with Zoho CRM. Industry-wise Zoho works well, except financial institutions which need lot of mathematical calculations.

Although you can implement Zoho CRM yourself but the effort required in learning the application is demanding. Always choose a professional who has some sort of processes to define CRM scope before implementation.
  • Professional services company
We used a Zoho Alliance Partner Juicy CRM Automation (Private) Limited for our implementation needs.. They officially certified by Zoho Corporation. Here are there certification status :
We would recommend using them.
Yes - Implementation was broken into following phases:
  1. Scope Definition & Needs Analysis
  2. Fields & Modules customization
  3. Website integration & Lead assignment rules
  4. Workflow automation & Task assignment
  5. Reports and Dashboards setup
  6. User Training
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Sales guys were hesitant to adopt to new system. They were using spreadsheets. But once they were trained, they fell in love with the product.
  • CRM web 2 lead form was not matching with the look and feel of our website. So we had to hire a HTML programmer to match web form appearance with that of our website.
