Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM helped me store the data of my leads, follow up with them, create reminders, and manage the life cycle of a lead. It helped us have a quick and fast review of my team. It is used by the whole organization for lead generations, follow ups, meetings, sending emails etc.

I used Send out's application as well which has more future than Zoho CRM but both are very useful.
Currently I am using the Conrep application which is similar to Zoho CRM but it has many more features compared to Zoho CRM. It's faster too.
It is suitable for the sales industry for generating leads, storing them and following up with them.
