Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho for our daily management of all activities including:
  • data mining
  • social engagement
  • presales
  • sales
  • aftersales
  • delivery of services
  • accounting
  • projectmanagement
  • support
  • website interaction
  • reporting
  • app creation
  • public engagement

Pros

  • marketing automation is very easy to do
  • it provides 360 degrees insights
  • front and backoffice activites are integrated
  • it is a solid platfom
  • its interface (new UI in 2016) fits todays requiremenst

Cons

  • settings in order to meet EU accounting standards can be a hurdle , but Zoho will to do the job
  • It reduces TCO up to 35 to 50%
  • It makes organisations agile
  • It gives you the feeling you are in control over you own IT assets
Zoho is positioned in small business market at least that is what you read or are made to believe, but this is not true at all. It can fit medium sized and large organisations well.
If you want to combine it with a Microsoft based organisation with client server infrastructure, first thing to do is switch to Google Apps.
