Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is used to maintain records and accounts of all leads/prospects. It helps the sales teams identify and assign the lead importance using terms such as cold, warm, untouched, fresh leads, and all in a single window. It also helps the salesperson to get clarity of the leads in a highly simplified way. Then it is also used for campaigns and marketing purposes

Its support could use improvement as it is not always good, sometimes it takes days for you to get an answer, also documentation is not always updated for example you may be looking for a feature but it is no longer available or it isn't located where it says it should be.

The interface is complex in such a manner that it does help the user accomplish a variety of different tasks, at the same time it is not easy to quickly understand and learn how to go about it.
Additionally, the drag and drop interface to move deals from stage to stage is easy to use and helps the sales teams get a quick view of their monthly stats.
The UI can look somewhat plain for those that don't know or have an idea on how to modify it. Downloading or gathering information is not the easiest to do. Transferring leads can be quite cumbersome. It isn't in every case clear what part of a transfer has fizzled. Apart another one issue is some fields cant be removed that i never use. I'd like to only have all the fields that I end up using.
