Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM for our property management and software businesses. For technology - we use it to track the sales cycle from prospect to closed/won as well as billing. For property management - we store records, task management for our property managers and assistants, workflow automation for repetitive tasks as well as reporting.

- Limitation of # of fields
- Some workflows don't make sense (Ie tasks are not listed in chronological order on the home page)
- It's become quite pricey with the addition of more team members. Would like to see it be based on a flat fee rather than by user
