Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I couldn't have automated my entire sales and marketing processes (including contacts and communication with my customers) without a CRM, and among all the options I chose Zoho as it proved to be easy to adopt, feature-rich and priced conveniently. Although I've implemented CRMs before, I found this one very intuitive and easy to grow with.

  • Easy to start working since day1
  • Modules are broken into what's relevant for the business (at the appropriate stage)
  • Increase the number of allowed workflows in low-tier plans
  • Integrate with bulk mailing delivery apps
  • Easier to customize fields
  • Total management of your sales pipeline, with full visibility at all levels
  • Minimization of "sales teams paperwork processing"!! quotes, contracts and service updates can be automated with workflows
  • Include and manage backoffice areas into the processes automated via CRM
Customer support is offline completely and would need some option for live chat or even, to schedule a virtual session with an expert. Documentation is extensive, so I assume that Zoho enforces customers to self-service as much as possible (?). Regarless, I would like to have a live chat option as minimum.

Everything goes as they say it should, the modules are well structured and the fields are intuitive.
Pricing is within the ranges, if not just a notch lower than, other options out there. There's a free plan that will help small companies to step into the CRM arena with no commitments.
Sales pipeline management with full visibility and automation of sales
stages, including the ability to interact with the potential customers,
via automated emails and notifications. Integration of CRM with an
emailing platform to run upselling campaigns or simply newsletters. The
ability to manage the relationship with the customer is critical and
this CRM allows it.
