Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
I couldn't have automated my entire sales and marketing processes (including contacts and communication with my customers) without a CRM, and among all the options I chose Zoho as it proved to be easy to adopt, feature-rich and priced conveniently. Although I've implemented CRMs before, I found this one very intuitive and easy to grow with.
Pros
- Feature-rich at all price-tiers options
- Easy to start working since day1
- Modules are broken into what's relevant for the business (at the appropriate stage)
Cons
- Increase the number of allowed workflows in low-tier plans
- Integrate with bulk mailing delivery apps
- Easier to customize fields
- Total management of your sales pipeline, with full visibility at all levels
- Minimization of "sales teams paperwork processing"!! quotes, contracts and service updates can be automated with workflows
- Include and manage backoffice areas into the processes automated via CRM
