Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Me and my team using Zoho currently for storing the database and sending bulk emails. Zoho can help us eliminate duplicate emails as multiple users are using this platform and send bulk emails quickly.
Also, Zoho can help us easily segregate the data channel-wise. Channel could be Industry, country, designation, etc.
An amazing platform to use for lead nurturing.

  • Dashboard of the performance of the leads
  • Eliminate duplicate data
  • Opt-out option for the emails if we don't want to follow up
  • Notes option is also available if needs to be added for a particular lead
  • There has to be only one stat available for the emails sent for a particular date and not as per the number of emails sent in batches.
  • Also, it will be helpful if we should be able to download the sent emails stat in one place to nurture our leads as per who opened, not opened, clicked, not clicked, etc.
  • Amazing positive outcome we have in our business from the time we have started using Zoho
  • Budget friendly. As we are able to close good deals after we have started using Zoho as we are able to send bulk emails easily and can able to track leads and their comments.
  • Value for money because, earlier we used to spend lots of time nurturing leads, which is now reduced down and we are able to concentrate more on leads generation and cold calling
Because as rightly mentioned, the platform is very flexible, multiple users can use this platform without worrying about the duplication of the data. We can customized our templates multiple times as per the need of our business and clients we are reaching out to as per industry wise.
Our director can also access our data easily on weekly basis to monitor our performance per user wise.
Customer experience really improves well as we are able to customize our emails based on the needs of our prospects according to the business requirements and the needs of the service provided.

Also, we can follow up on our emails easily which can also be customized as per the Industry needs. Also, I have mentioned earlier, Zoho helps us nurture our leads really well, which can help us in the retention of our customers.
I've selected Zoho because Zoho is very user friendly and not too expensive to use. It is a very good CRM platform if you're planning to implement and starting to use CRM for the first time. This platform is very good for the employee size of 10-100

Their customer service is also amazing and they always acknowledge your queries on time and help you connect with you to the technical team within 8-9 hours of time if you have any technical query. They will also provide your demo to make you feel comfortable with the platform.

Zoho is a best platform for storing your leads at one place, sending emails in bulk, scheduling them as per your client time zone, and automate your follow-ups as well with the help of this platform. Isn't it great. You can easily nurture your leads and add them notes as per the reverts you've received in an email.

Less appropriate is only where you are not able to bring your email sent data at one place, the overall stat of the emails sent in terms of opened emails, not opened emails, etc.
