Me and my team using Zoho currently for storing the database and sending bulk emails. Zoho can help us eliminate duplicate emails as multiple users are using this platform and send bulk emails quickly.
Also, Zoho can help us easily segregate the data channel-wise. Channel could be Industry, country, designation, etc.

Pros
- Sending bulk emails
- Automate follow up emails
- Dashboard of the performance of the leads
- Eliminate duplicate data
- Opt-out option for the emails if we don't want to follow up
- Notes option is also available if needs to be added for a particular lead
Cons
- There has to be only one stat available for the emails sent for a particular date and not as per the number of emails sent in batches.
- Also, it will be helpful if we should be able to download the sent emails stat in one place to nurture our leads as per who opened, not opened, clicked, not clicked, etc.
I've selected Zoho because Zoho is very user friendly and not too expensive to use. It is a very good CRM platform if you're planning to implement and starting to use CRM for the first time. This platform is very good for the employee size of 10-100
Their customer service is also amazing and they always acknowledge your queries on time and help you connect with you to the technical team within 8-9 hours of time if you have any technical query. They will also provide your demo to make you feel comfortable with the platform.
