Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We needed a CRM that was fully customizable. Instead of using the CRM to bring in income, we have actually built it to disperse rental assistance in our area. I demoed many products and Zoho came in on top with its customizability and API integrations.

- Flexibility and Customizations
- Reporting was lacking for our specific needs however their API made using other solutions possible.
- Support could be quicker to respond.
- Documentation around API needs improvement.
- Zoho allowed our non-profit to roll out a new program that existing systems we had in house were capable of in a matter of days instead of the months expected.
- Pre-built solutions for our needs were going to have approximately 10x the cost and allow no customization.
Zoho has been fairly hands-off and the onboarding was not as involved by Zoho as expected but our team was very capable and able to use the product and make it meet and exceed our needs.
Zoho allowed the easiest customization and flexibility that met our needs.
