Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We currently use it to store customer data like addresses, contact info, meeting notes, etc. We are trying to create a way to run reports for all of our customers and do data analytics.
Pros
- Does a great job of tracking numbers.
- Makes all reports easily customizable.
- Easy to re-assign and assign support tickets.
Cons
- The support aspect itself has someone to speak with instead of typing back and forth.
- The reports don't sort by alphabetical order all of the time.
Much better because its user friendly.
