Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

This is the central tool for our equipment and sales related, leads, and contacts. It is directly integrated with our multimarket marketplace. In fact, Zoho CRM has and offers a lot of integrations and links to many other platforms and environments from the start.
As CRM it provides all needed functionality for various teams and can help building sales funnel from the start with intuitive UX/UI, mobile apps, and rich module customization.

Cons

  • Deluge language usage
  • Credit consumption is hidden under layers
  • Many tools are hard to discover because of other functions on top
  • Support can have a better response time and provide actual solutions
  • Less overall reliance on 3rd party vendors
  • Internal upkeep
  • Costly and timely development
  • Deluge specific coding
  • Reliance on 3rd party solutions
  • Poor marketplace availability of integrations
It is decent against what is offered in the market, it follows certain philosophy of CRM which may not be a perfect fit for everyone.
There are not so many guides and new updates push for differentiation.
Formatting and bugs appearances are often an issue.
However, it provides too much at existing value to complain.

Zoho CRM is quite unique with its set of features and it can become hard to customize it to too specific needs or languages. However, if Zoho CRM matches needs from the start I would suggest not to remake it.
