Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used Zoho in reimbursing my travel expenses and requesting for office supplies. It allowed me to organize my receipts separating meals and transportation expenses helping me file and save digital copies. Submitting to the office was much easier rather than the old ways of pasting each receipt in a bond paper manually.

automated calculations of all expenses

Cons

the scanning of photos does not work when used as automatic
the 2 factor authentication is a nightmare when you forget your password
had a hard time to change my mobile number listed on my account

Zoho CRM is well suited in managing business expenses where you need to keep track of all your receipts to be submitted to the office for reimbursement. It does have challenges when you are attaching photos of your receipt. Also, when doing performance review, it is not that user friendly when it comes to navigation and approvals.
