Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use it heavily for allocation leads to BDRs and they do outbound calling to nurture the lead and then transfer it to BDM post qualification and track all activities from end-to-end in a sales lifecycle

  • Analytics
  • Wider integration like Salesforce
  • Better user management if having access to other Zoho apps
I was able to customize it to my needs easily
We don't use it as customer experience or retention tool.
