Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We used Zoho CRM as our database for customer interactions and upcoming tasks for construction projects. Zoho CRM has allowed us to work remotely when it is needed most. There are hundreds of apps that can integrate to work with Zoho CRM- which is really helpful. The customization of dashboards is really neat because it allows the individual user to focus on what is most important to them.

Zoho CRM is similar to Salesforce in that it integrates well with other platforms. Zoho CRM has a lot more features available and is newer than Salesforce, so it seems like it has better features than Salesforce did. We selected Zoho CRM for the robust options they had available to use throughout the platform which allows us to better serve our customers.

Zoho CRM allows users from anywhere to get real-time updates on projects they are associated with. From the sales rep to the operations manager - you can see where the project is at in the process at any time. The biggest problem I have had is customer support. You have to pay to talk to someone outside regular business hours.

Using Zoho CRM

4 - The owner, operations manager, interconnections and field service. We all use this as our CRM and keep all customer documents and statuses in there. We communicate with each other through the portal and can check for updates as needed. The owner uses it for revenue purposes to keep track of expenses and income. I use it to update statuses.
2 - You would need to know how to use the portal, how to edit it and how to move it along to the next stage of the project. One should be able to use the portal to gather insight into where the project stands. It doesn't take too much knowledge to navigate the portal.

The program could be better. It is not super intuitive, however, it does do everything we need it to at this time. It has kept the business flow moving and has allowed remote workers to work with each other and not run into too many problems. We are able to communicate with customers via the portal.
