We currently use Zoho CRM Plus for pre-sales, from contact with a potential lead through the sales process. We are now expanding to include active client management as well.
- Easily customized.
- Great customer service.
- Campaign features very easy to use.
- Reporting can be very difficult.
- Mapping fields not available in all modules.
- The campaign HTML code is wonky and causes strange results. You need to understand HTML to correct.
- Not completely clear the security surrounding data at rest, or chats.
- Manages the sales team easier.
- Prevents missing key appointments or follow ups.
- Increases our efficiency.
- The system is very affordable for what you get.
