Zoho is being used as our CRM, client input and tracking, and status processing.
  • Set up blueprint of processes.
  • Use new blueprints to automate processes.
  • Assign specific tasks to my team of users.
  • Implementation is time consuming but well worth it in organizing and time saved.
  • Time saver.
  • Tasks are accomplished in the correct sequence and tracked by me.
  • Responsibility is assigned to each task and notification of non-completion forwarded to me.
Zoho provides a complete organizational structure with multiple access points for leads, tasks, and responsible individual for completion.
Phone support 24/7, well informed support team, helpful suggestions when encountering difficulties.
