Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Being a small company you have to manage a lot of things especially social networks. Zoho allows us to have really efficient monitoring about what happens and better management all in one interface.
  • Good monitoring of all social networks.
  • Efficient scheduling and notifications.
  • Excellent report of social activities.
  • Android app doesn't synchronize Instagram all the time for scheduled posts.
  • More people can be reached without having to switch to every social platform.
  • Really amazing time saver.
  • Allows us to centralize precious data for better business decisions.
We tried Buffer and Sprout but we prefer Zoho because it is a part of [the] incredible services Zoho offers and is it by far the most complete we found to date.
Zoho social is really good at analyzing your social platforms and tells you when and where it is more efficient to create impact. Unfortunately, the app is not as complete as the platform for now.
