Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Zoho Social is being used by the entire company, especially by the marketing and communications (MARCOMM) team and social media interns. We use Zoho Social to organize and schedule social media postings across multiple platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. It solves several major business problems including scheduling social media, attracting new followers, engaging audiences/clients regularly, and distributing evidence-based content.

10 - Zoho Social is used by multiple members of the company's team including me as President and Chief Executive Officer, the executive assistant, administrative associate, fiscal officer, marketing and communications team, social media interns, and likely many of the undergraduate student research assistants who either share content for the company or link their own personal accounts on their end.
