Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is a great tool for social media management for our company. We use it to schedule posts across brands and accounts and the process is fairly simple. The platform offers a variety of tools such as brand health which gives us a snapshot or overview of our social media engagement thus helping us to target areas of improvement. It helps us to enhance our social media presence.

  • We love the Google Chrome extension which it makes it so quick to share content with our customers
  • Brand Health gives a great overview of progress
  • We are able to monitor, read and respond to customers quicker
  • We'd like to see easier integration across social media platforms. For example, sometimes posts go to 1 platform and not the others.

I use both platforms because they both offer something that the other doesn't. Zoho Social allows us to post frequently across all social media platforms. We can view and comment to customers easily. We particularly like the brand health analytics because we can see how our efforts have progressed monthly. The tool gives us a sense of accountability as well both to your business and our clients.
Content is king and Zoho Social ensures that our scheduled content is posted according to a social media calendar. It is also good for bulk posts. We can set the time and date and know that we've left that part of our business in safe hands.
