Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I can indicate that I decided to try the Zoho Social application after doing a lot of research on the internet about tools to manage my social profiles. Previously, I had used other similar applications, but I love the Zoho interface and all the tools it offers us. I can post right now, schedule them on a calendar, or use the SmartQ option, which picks the best day and time for posting based on my audience's interactions with past posts. I am a small business owner and it is difficult for me to dedicate a budget to manage my networks, so Zoho has been a great help because without being an expert I can maintain contact with my clients through all my social channels using the Zoho application. It also has the option of adding users to be able to delegate access to the platform. So far, it is the best tool for managing social networks that I know.
