Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is a great partner for us. It's so much easier than other applications we used in the past and cheaper without any lack of features. iI am using it almost every day and now I am ready to launch a long-term social media campaign, with confidence. So important tool!

Pros

  • Very easy to configure it and customize it to suit your needs
  • Practical and easy way to create a great brand through social media management
  • Now I can check all the details and interest on my posts and the reactions of the public

Cons

  • Sincerely I do not have any more need to ask for more. Still finding all the potentials of this great tool.
  • I am not in a position to measure exactly but I wasn't using Twitter or Google+ and now I'm doing great with these because of Zoho Social.
The integration with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns was a reason for me to test it and I was right. I chose Zoho social because it is easy and gives results.
It's great for every freelancer who wants with low cost to make a great impact through social media. Also, it can be used by professionals to promote their clients and to create a great social campaign with ease.
