Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho Social to help me integrate all my social media postings and to post on a variety of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Skype. It is super easy to use, and most of all, I love it because everything is in one place. This means I don't have to keep jumping between social media platforms, which can be really time-consuming. Finally, I have Zoho Social integrated with my Zoho CRM, which means I can feed any relevant social media contacts into my CRM so I am able to start to connect and build great relationships.

  • It lets me see all my post likes/comments in one place.
  • It means I don't have to keep jumping across platforms.
  • Better CRM integration with Linked.
  • Easier explanation and video on more complex multiple postings would be helpful.
  • It has allowed me to get more focus on how social media can help our business.

Zoho Social is really easy to use and integrate which is why I have given this such a high rating. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a great integrated social media solution.
What I like about Zoho Social is the wonderful support you get from the Support team. They respond quickly and are only a click away!
It is brilliant for posting across a lot of social media platforms and a great place to coordinate everything. Obviously, it is not quite there yet across all types of social media platforms such as Pinterest, Tumblr, and Telegram, although I suspect this may require these platforms to allow greater integration.
