Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are using Zoho Social to manage our social media in the UK. It is only being used in our UK office at the moment as the product is not accessible in China. The main benefit for me would be the reporting features in Zoho Social. This allows me to accurately track data across different platforms.

Zoho is quite easy to use but the listening features are not overly clear. I also requested a demo from the customer services team multiple times and received nothing from them. I appreciate that time is limited but if I purchasing software I would always like a demo to ensure I understand all the features.
If there is one thing that has let Zoho down it is their customer support and sales teams. the member of the sales team was unable to answer my questions with integration into our company crm, which is in china but also using the zoho software, this is very dissapointing and a key part of whether I purchase this product.
