Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are using Zoho Social to manage our social media in the UK. It is only being used in our UK office at the moment as the product is not accessible in China. The main benefit for me would be the reporting features in Zoho Social. This allows me to accurately track data across different platforms.

- We are still on a trial period so have not invested.
I have used Sprout Social before which is much more complex than Zoho Social. The functionality is greater but it is a lot more expensive. I think that for Zoho if they were to improve their social listening functions then this would make the platform a lot more attractive to buyers.
