Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

After trying Buffer, Hootsuite, Preview, and other social media scheduling apps, Zoho Social is the easiest to use of all of them and it is very quick to get started. I use it every day for their detailed analytics and I love that it makes reports for me and that I can even reply to messages on my accounts there. It is effortless to organize, and the free plan is actually practical in the long run. Zoho Social also has such amazing support that answers all my questions. Highly recommended!
  • Can build custom reports.
  • Can reply to messages from the accounts.
  • Can add a first comment with hast tags.
  • Does not have a proper dashboard.
  • Does not have a visual calendar for Instagram.
  • Is trying but is yet to support Pinterest.
  • More time to grow the business.
Buffer has separate 'publish' and 'analyze,' which I find confusing and unnecessary while Zoho Social has both. It also takes a ridiculous amount of time to connect my social media accounts when Zoho Social did it in half the time. Hootsuite does not have a very user-friendly interface. Later has a frustrating limit on the number of posts I can have each month and I don't like to have a restriction. It also queues in time slots, which I also don't enjoy.

Zoho Social is extremely easy to navigate around.
They gave me personalized and fast support with kind and effective support staff that answer all my questions.
Zoho Social is great for small businesses or anyone who has multiple social media accounts.
