Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use it to keep track of all our social media interactions. To measure and compare results with analytics, it's the best tool out there, yes I've tried them too, recommended 100%. The best thing is that if you have a small startup you can use it no problem, upgrade when you grow.
  • Ease of use.
  • Good user interface.
  • Integrations of all social networks works fine.
  • Mobile version can have more features.
  • Group some functionalities in order to have just the results you want to see.
  • Enable multi brand on the free version. It's a must to jump into a paid plan.
  • Positive on engagement for quick action.
  • Moving unsatisfied fast inquiries to customer support.
Much better. Hootsuite, it's just complicated, their UI does not fit the ease of use as Zoho Social.
