Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use [Zoho Social] to manage all our social media platforms. After trying some other social media management software, we have found the one that works for us and we are beyond happy with it.

  • Less money spent in hourly rate for our staff to run our social
  • Repeating posts means one post setup instead of every week
Much much easier to use than Hootsuite. Has great functionality and great for setting up teams.

Because the software is exactly what they say it is and it's beyond easy to use and does everything we want it to.
Support is very fast to respond and even on one issue, they setup a screenshare so they could see our admin area while we worked and were able to walk us through the process step by step.
[Zoho Social is] great if you have a bunch of people on your team working on these brands. One of the better team management versions out there. I don't really have a scenario where it's less appropriate. Maybe if you are still a brand new company, one should take classes on basic social media first before diving into any software to run it all .
