Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social to schedule posts for our four main social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We also look at the interactions and analytics in order to monitor our channels from one centralized dashboard.
  • Scheduling - easy to schedule a post.
  • Saving drafts - easy to do and easy to find the draft later.
  • Collaborate - you can collaborate with team members.
  • Photo upload - it is clunkier than competitors and would be great if they had a drag and drop option.
  • Post preview isn’t great; I like to see the post as it will appear, with the photos, etc.
  • This saves us time and effort so we can schedule a number of posts at a time and let them roll out over a week.
Hootsuite is very good but the price is too much for what you get.

It would be a 10 if I could drag and drop photos.
They have been responsive.
I would recommend this especially to small companies who need a solid and intuitive solution at a good price.
