Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

As a long time Hootsuite user I was hesitant to change at first but I wasn't happy with the subscription cost of Hootsuite and heard there were not only better alternatives function wise, but cheaper too!. I was having a lot of failures scheduling posts to facebook and instagram, I was also constantly triggering the security alerts on twitter which kept locking my account.
Here I am over a month later on Zoho with zero issues so far. It only took a few days to get used to Zoho's setup and interface. Now I feel much more at home that I was before. Storing regularly used images on the cloud is so handy, especially when on the move and needing to post via mobile. More control over the account and posts. Collaboration with other members and I can even prevent posts from going out without my approval. Canva is integrated which is another fantastic addition that gives more control and ability to create a quality post, especially when on the move.
The reports are better and easier to read, especially at a glance. The scheduled reports option is really handy, especially when you want a report delivered right after a campaign, event, weekend etc.
All in all, this is a superior social media tool than I was using before. I highly recommend trialing Zoho before settling on any other platform.

  • Management of google business from Zoho
  • IOS app is very nice, simple and great for checking stats at a glance
  • I'd like to be able to copy/reuse/duplicate an old post. Sometimes only a few details need changing.
  • A preview or suggestions with Twitter #tags. For example, #NHLBruins for the Boston Bruins will display the NHL teams logo after the #tag on twitter. Also as you type in a #tag suggestions or trending tags will appear.
  • An accurate preview of how the post will look on on whichever social media channel you schedule a post on.
  • ROI is unquestionable. Subscription cost reduced by approx 70%
  • Increase efficiency as it's much easier to schedule and choose the best times for posts
  • Cloud storage for images is fantastic, especially when needing to post while on the move
It's in another league as far as I'm concerned. One point I forgot to mention was the Canva integration where you can pull designs/creative directly from your account or create a new design within.

I find it very easy to use and I like the UX but I have suggest a few small additions that would make life a little better.
I haven't had any need for support just yet but there has been plenty of useful mails and suggestions to make the most out of Zoho so far.
Honestly, it's a fantastic social media management tool. I was hesitant to try it and change from our existing tools but the price was so low. At first I thought, "You get what you pay for". Well, it appears I was never getting what I paid for, based on Zoho's capabilities.

Evaluating Zoho Social and Competitors

Yes - Replaced Hootsuite. It was much more expensive and not near a pleasant to use.

I felt I got much more bang for my buck. It was that simple. Only took a few days before I started feeling the benefits or Zoho over Hootsuite.
I'm not sure I would. I'm quite happy with how it all went

Yes - Nice, clean and simple to use. All our social media posts are created and scheduled on computer but occasionally a scheduled post with need editing or a quick post needs to go out while on the move. It's effortless on the app.
