Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

For a small firm like ours, where social media presence is important but we don't have tons of resources to dedicate to community management, Zoho Social helps us being effective, monitor our presence and engage with stakeholders in a very easy and focused way (all publications in one go, great integrations of resources, easy visualisation of progress).
