Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Zoho mainly to schedule my posts, reply to messages and retrieve leads from ads run on Meta platform. I strongly recommend to try Zoho social. The support team of Zoho Social is excellent and are very polite in resolving issues (if have any).

Before using Zoho Social there were times where I had to manually download leads and share data across agents via google sheets. Now I'm able to download data from my dashboard. Replying to facebook and instagram messages from customers/clients was a challenge to me and I can interact with them in one shot using Zoho Social.
